What does XEU mean on samsung bdp-1500?

Hi I bought a Samsung BD-P1500 a while ago yet on the amazon advert when I bought it it says Samsung BD-P 1500 / XEU

What does that mean? Cheers.

The model destined to sell in the EU - region B for blu-ray and region 2 for DVD, as opposed to XAA which is a US version.
