    i purchased one of there tilting bracket for my lgrz42px11.

    wouldnt buy off www.rs100.co.uk i ordered on a monday was told it would be next day so i phoned a guy to install it wednesday for £90 boy came out to install on wednesday but no bracket from rs100 so the boy CHARGED ME £35 JUST FOR CUMMIN OUT phoned RS100 boy who answered the phone was a rite checky little ******* so phoned rs100 told them they owe me £35 quid they said they didnt .

    well i say one the mods in here should challenge them to see if am rite or wrong but i reckon i should get compansated from them people what do u think and also should get my cash back for next day delivery as well.

    my experience was a bit better, ordered a bracket, but it wouldn't fit my tv, so i sent it back, waited for my next credit card bill, saw no refund, called them...... v.apologetic and an instant full refund ensued - maybe the cheeky b :( :mad: :confused: :rolleyes: d was mugging grannies that day :devil: shugg

    Got my bracket as promised on a Friday but, no depth bars were in the box.
    Phoned on a Saturday to tell them and were very apologetic and sent out the depth bars the same day.
    Got them on the Tuesday as promised.

    good quality bracket and cheap

    nah i got the item it was just the other week but the point beeing took 4 days to come and cost me an extra £35 wuid the boy took for cummin out when i didnt have it so if they had of sent it when i ordered it i wouldnt be outa pocket for £35 so if they want the reciept il forward it to them nps if they see this


    like i said to the guy it only takes 2 mins to phone someone to say there a delay so because no phone call iam outa pocket :thumbsdow

    Phone them and tell them you are giving them a bad name on AV forums and you will continue to do so until you get you £35 back, and you next day delivery money.

    already did m8 hopefully one of the MODS on here can ask them why the say there not to blame and thats tuff to me like they said

    its a specialist DJing store so i would never have bought anything but DJ gear there anyways....others take note.

    I have ordered a couple brackets from them, no issues boith were delivered within 2 days (I think perhaps both were next day) was very please with the service, did they "Gaurentee" next day delivery? or say it "it should be with you tomorrow" you pay a lot of money for gaurenteed next day delivery................. and its not there fault the installer you contracted is charging you for a call out, so unless you paid for gaurenteed next day you have no claim.........and who are all these "boy" you keep refferring too? do you mean the staff? or some small children?

    have to disagree with u horny boy as in children i think not havent seen anys shops employing kids to answer the phone lately yes and it was next day delivery not snail mail and i sure am adimint it is there fault as they didnt have the common sence to phone me so if there allowed to advertise here well so much for the rules getting bent if this happens aye?

    :confused: what do you mean about rules getting bent? what rules? i am confused :confused: i understand your frustration at not having the item delivered at the expected time, i also understand that you had arranged for an installer to be present at the time you expected your bracket and as the bracket had not arrived your install didn't happen and the installer charged you a call out fee.

    I do however feel that if you are going to complain about a forum sponsor, you could at least take the time to type out your comments clearly, avoiding the use of derogatory remarks.

    complaint was made clear at the start of the post and so was my comments as how hard is it to contact the customer by phone instead of costing me £35 quid were as they had of phoned it would have only cost the what 10p for the call so no wonder am ****** at them .
    be realistic here u would be in the same boat if the table was turned do u not think ?

    If you did not receive the bracket after one day then why did'nt you phone them?

    well now i see u are reading it .well considering it can be delivered rite up untill 5:30 pm .
    it wouldnt be the first time i got something at 5:20pm
    but when someone says next day u take there word for it do u not .

    When you realised that you were not getting the bracket on the day promised, why did'nt you cancel the instalation.

    I think in future (and this is what i do) you should have any item that you buy in your hands first and then decide.

    if they guaranteed next day, then write to them formally and explain your position. I'm not trying to be funny, but in my experience you do get better results if you are firm but polite, and whatever you may think about punctuation, anything written is so much easier to understand if you actually use it.     either you dont use couriers very often.... or you dont plan things very well, as a rule of thumb, everything will arrive "next working day" except the one thing you need the next day. Shipping delays, drivers not bothering to deliver things, it all happens when you need it that day and its critical..........
    Did you pay for Guaranteed next day delivery? Did you order the bracket before or after you booked the installer?

    I think this is the real issue. The installer had no contract or dealings with RS100, he's not a mind reader. Just like when you said to installer when it WOULD be there, you should've told him first thing in the (install) morning when it WASN'T there. I sympathise with your situation but I do think you dropped the ball yourself. With a lesson learned, and all that. In future you'll know to ask RS100 (or similar) what will happen if it doesn't turn up cos you've made plans around it's arrival.

    And at the risk of being petty, the punctuation issue is valid. It's a pain to read, and it was YOU that was asking for help.
