'F@cking Around' seems to be the answer at the moment.

Except David Davies, he got sweet FA.

Seems like a silly slapper spurned trying to get her revenge, from what I've read so far.

It doesn't surprise me at all. My experience is that most offices are a hotbed of sexual undercurrents, and the cliche about bosses and their secretaries is often very much based on fact.

I concur. The female involved is loving the media attention, whether it did or did not happen. Did you see her swaning down the high street working the cameras on the way to hearing? She clearly craves attention.

Good point. Some serious ego's in that building, of which very few actually played or contributed to the game of football one suspects.

Yeah... what did David Davies actually do? I only remember him for being a newsreader on Look North West (or was it Granada?) in the 70s/80s

I think he went onto present or co present sports coverage - a tenuous link to the FA and football?

Both the FA and Football leauge are very much 'old boys', 'school tie' organisations, who are about as much in touch with reality as a hippy in the middle of a Magic Mushroom patch. Hence crooks and sharks like Dein, Bates and co run rings around them - and the bigs clubs do what they please.

It's also why a pretty face can nearly bring them down. I doubt a 'naughty' secretary would have the same effect on a major corporations boardroom.

A shambles all round, maybe the FA should recruit Max Mosley when he's sacked from the F1 governing body, he's just as useless and out of touch as they are. My first thoughts when the whole Sven thing first broke was that the FA were looking to get rid of Sven without having to pay him off.
