Question what do I need ?

i presently have a Keene ir Reciever (see pic),which In turn feeds a Keene dist amp to amp, sky box, projector, blue ray player and hd DVD player, it all works fine, but I have too many remotes.

The harmony seems to fit my needs, which one do I want, I see there is a hub, but don't think I need it. would a harmony remote emit Ir to my existing Keene Reciever?.
