what do i do??

    I am getting really annoyed, decide to watch family guy on bbc3 but gave up due to stalling, blocky pictures, artifacts etc. thought i'd change the channel and watch robocop of all things but i'm getting the same annoying problem making the film unwatchable. i have a v+ box which has been fine so far apart from channel 4 the odd time, but it's getting worse!!!

    Should i call and complain??

    Sounds like you need a tech visit.

    form what you have described looks like your signal level as either dropped or has increased.

    Give 151 a call they will arrange everything for you

    Same thing that happened to me, after 10 days I think they were getting annoyed with doing nothing, on Friday I had a cable repull booked (too many services for a 6mm cable) then it turned out that when the council relaid the pavement they'd actually broken my cable and I shouldn't have actually had ANY services! By 6pm I'd had the construction crew out and they'd completely redone the T laid a new cable and connected me up with no issues. Superb service from my Point Of View.
