Would I say no to that dish? no way, Looks good :clap:

Bulking out a Waygu with a cheaper cut just sounds so wrong.

Bizarrely enough, if you had said you'd garnished a rump steak with a morsel of Wagyu, I'd have gone {WOW}. Odd how people think :)

We've both been so busy all day with fitting units, shopping for the parents and having a big burn up that when it came to making something it was a case of fill the plate with all that was sitting in the fridge :D

Yeah, got to agree that it was not right, but...Winter and red meat was hard to resist :)


ps Did Rump today with a garnish of Wagyu ;)
