I am after a DAB radio for the house, must be able to work from mains and batteries. I don't want to spend more then £90.00 for one, I am looking for any recomendations that people may have and also would like to know the ones to keep clear of  .

I had a play with one in my local Panasonic shop (they wanted £129.99 !!).

It has a really nice blue LED display. Has fast tuning fron one station to another. It also has sockets to hook it up to a proper Hi Fi.

The reception was excellent on just the telescopic aerial. Thesound quality was very pleasing to listen to. A lot of the cheaper models have only one speaker or sound very tinny due to rubbish speakers. It can also take an external aerial if needed.

I want one. I just have to wait.
