Help....

Firstly what an excellent forum this is, thank you google

Now questions,

I was already to go to John Lewis (after getting them to price match) and spend £1099 on a Panasonic TX32-PD30 TV. BUT after reading the 30 page + thread I'm not so sure

Is the TV really that bad, does anyone have anything good to say about it ?

I love the way it looks and the features it has,

Is it really worth finding a CRT with component in ?

What else would people spend there money on Sony or Toshiba ?

Or should I really stick with my first choice on the PD30

Cheers
Steve

In my personal experience, I cannot recommend the Toshiba 32ZP48 highy enough. I think JL stock the 36" version which will give you a good indicationof picture/audio quality (it is the same spec as the 32") Also of course the stand is similar but larger than the 36". regards, yt.

Thanks, thats on the list of alternatives, the 36 would be a little too big, hence the requirements for a 32 screen. I have seen the 36 in JL, I'll try and find out if they stock the 32

Steve,

You've already made the best move by going to John Lewis!

If you look through the threads on the Panny PD series, you'll see many satisfied customers BUT ONLY IF THEY GET A GOOD'N!

The JL "Customer Satisfaction" policy will ensure this.

Good luck.

Consider Philips as well.
