I'm about to order sky+ I currently get all 9 movie channels and the 2 sky cinema channels + the family package. could anybody clarify what sky constitute as a premium channel ?
I'm unsure as if my £35 a month would then go upto £45 a month.

    Thanks.

I 'm pretty certain that as you are already paying £35 per month, you will not be charged the £10 Sky + fee. I think,if I recall correctly, your package has to be over £30 per month.so as not to incur the fee.

Your film channels would constitute as "Premium Channels".

    HTH :)

but do they all add up as what sky would call 1 premium channel or are they 1 premium channel per movie channel. As we all know sky have strange ways of doing things.

SKY still bundle the movies channels into two packages, SM1 and SM2 with the Classic channels as bonus. SM1 and SM2 are considered to be two seperate Premium channels.
    SM1 includes the channels 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9
    SM2 includes the channels 2, 4, 6, and 8

The movie channels used to be split between SKY and BSB, they then merged and eventually became SKY Premier and Moviemax, even though the individual channels have been renamed 1-9 they are still bundled into two packages for billing and marketing etc.
