what comes after quad core

    surely theres a limit to how many cores there can be on a cpu and not only that think of electric bills :eek: (its counted in cores right :lesson: ?)

    or by 2010 will we be seeing 10 core cpu's and 7 core gpu's ? :rotfl:

    Sun Microsystems have already announced Niagara 8 core CPUs - they will be here before the end of this year apparently!
