what chips are infocus 7205 shipping with

    infocus web site states for the 7205 comes with darkchip 2/3
    just curious as mine is about to be replaced under warranty and judging by above may get one with a dc3

    Unless Infocus have a box load of DC2 chips or 7205s with them in, you could possibly get a DC3 chip as that's all TI are making now - I don't think you can get the DC2 chip any more. That's what happened to Optoma and why the H78 DC3 came about.

    coo, fairy nuff........must admit i havnt been to the infocus website itself for a few weeks........oh well, something to look forward to if my PJ breaks down in the future...lol

    (cripes, 411 hours in a couple of months...hehe....damn this is gonna get expensive)
