Stainless steel hood, just plain water and a microfibre cloth will do the trick, no need for any chemicals.
I'm not sure that'll do the trick. If it's quite bad I'd use Lakeland's 'Oven-Mate'...

Once you have cleaned with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly and wipe over baby oil with kitchen paper towel.
It will bring back brand new.
We have a S/S fridge/freezer and use this regularly.
No need for any fancy cleaners or sealers.
