For sub use, I have the following eqiupment:-

Arcam AVR300, Behringer EP1500 Power Amp, BFD, SVS CS-Ultra

I'm slightly confused regarding set-up and what cables I need. Working from the Arcam, I know that I'll need a RCA to TRS 75ohm cable (I intend to order one from Mark Grant) that will connect the RCA LFE output on the Arcam, to the TRS input on either the EP1500 or the BFD (which one exactly, I don't know). Then, I need another cable to connect the EP1500 to the BFD (both TRS?), and finally I guess I need some heavy gage speaker cable to go from the either the EP1500 or the BFD to the SVS, right?

I if were to guess, I think I would go for this chain:-

Arcam > BFD (RCA > TRS), then BFD > EP1500 (TRS > TRS) and finally EP1500 to CS-Ultra (normal speaker cable)?

If anyone can confirm, I'd be very grateful, or put me right if I'm not.

If, by lucky chance, I am right, what type of cable should I use for the TRS > TRS connection between the BFD and the EP1500. More of Mark Grant's 75ohm sub cable perhaps?

    Thanks in advance.

    Gary

I'd agree with bob, again Mark Grant's cables are excellent and again I make my own instead. :)
