should I use between a denon 3805 amp and a pioneer 757ai DVD player
between my 3805 and my pio 868 i use a digital optic cable.
it´s the best for home cinema
for dvd audio music my manual says that i should connect all rca plugs from the 5.1 audio out into the receiver, but i havent done that yet.
sorry I mean't to say what make and model of digital interconnect should I use
Get one from Mark Grant mate Use a SPIDF rather than a Toslink
Really why is that ?
I heard the coax was best
if you ca hear the difference i will eat my hat...... I do prefer Coax for DVD but only because so much other stuff uses optical.... Sky+/Xbox/PS2/etc etc etc
There is a difference with optical and coax. Whether it's audible depends on too many things. I agree with using Mark Grant's cable most people swear by them.
But if you want a branded cable the for you're equipment i'd reccomend the QED Signature75. (Optical is best for long runs though)
