    Hello,
I hope someone here will help me because the question is too much for the most shop salesmen :)

I have to make a connection between Creative SB Live 5.1 -> Home theatre system LG LH D 6540D

The signal is at the digital out of the SB. It has a adapter to RCA female
My receiver has COAXIAL DIGITAL IN input.

The distance is 15 meters. What cable do I need? A coaxial 75Ohm, 50 Ohm?
Or some other type of cable?

You need a 75 ohm digital coaxial cable with RCA connections.

Thank you! But I cannot find cable with this length here. Can I make one from ordinary 75-Ohm coaxial cable (for cable TV) and two male RCA jacks?

go to your local dealer and ask for a 75 ohm coaxial cable with RCA connections 15m in length. If they even deal with half decent cable suppliers they should be able to get one custom made for you. Do not use cheap stuff as the distance the signal is traveling will end up giving you a bad sound. I suggest asking for a QED P75 cable as QED do custom lengths to order
