What cable do I need? Newbie question

    Get the Belden 1694A and either terminate yourself or ask someone to do so. Its rated up to 3GHz and its double shielded. Thus, its very good for interconnects. You don't need expensive digital interconnects.

    Just think what sort of cables is inside your computer and the amt of data they transmit. If those can do the job, why do you need expensive snake oil products?

    Hmmm
    i seem to recall there being a difference between audio data and raw data, but I may be wrong....
    I'm a bit sceptical commenting too much as I've never tried making up the cable suggested.
    I'll stick to my Cable talk Digital3 that gets my vote
