What amp?

    Ok a freind of mine is just about to take the plunge into the plasma and av lark and I would like some advice on amp as his budget is really only about £400.00 for the amp. Must have DPL11, ability to run sacd and dvd-a at a later date, ideas please !!!

    To be honest most £400 amps will do all of this!

    Av Amplifier 90wpc Dts/Dpl2 Titanium Vs Yamaha DSPAX640SET
    Av Amplifier 85wpc Dts/Dpl2 Titanium
    can u get 5.1 surround from sky box.

    current sony TV, toshiba sd-42 hk dvd all in one surround,sky box

    DD5.1 from sky+ on some movie channels only DPL2 is best you will get from sky. But DPL2 on a good system with goood speakers sounds better than a crappy DD system!
