Ok i need a new amp as mine is doing silly things .

Can get the pioneer vsx-1014 for £399.
And can also get the pioneer 1015 for £399.

So what would be the better one.

I think the only thing the 1015 has over the 1014 is it has . THX Select 2 ???

And can someone tell me where that have it in stock. lol
I have phoned about 20 places and all of them have no stock :(

    Help.

    Thanks Ian.

It is not really that bad. Bad would be if someone came on and said 'Pioneer is rubbish, go with XYZ brand', or 'I had a 1014, it was great but I have never heard a 1015'. I presume that the major problem is few people would be able to make the sort of comparison you need, and lets face it the other type of comparison on paper you could do yourself. However looking at the comparison between the 2 models (US spec?) one fact does reach out and slap you in the face, so much so I am not sure it is accurate. The difference in weight. It is a subtle if not so obvious way to decide, the rule of thumb being the heavier the better. Hope this helps! :)
