What £300 HD-M.ch.A HDMI switching Amp with B&W M1

What amp/receivers would you recommend in the £300 range to go with B&W M1 and SV1 sub/sat speaker package?

Lack of HD -Audio not a deal breaker. Must be able to switch 2 to 1 HDMI and assign Optical 5.1 to hdmi.
