Just thought I'd let everyone know this. I've just picked up A wharfedale 750 for £99, (boxed and unopened) at my local Tescos in Norwich. I chose the 750 as it was tested as being a good cd player, whereas the 750s has a different zoran chipset and no 5 star accolades as a result.
Could someone remind me what bugs were meant to be fixed on the 750s?. But as the player is only going to be used as a second dvd without all the 5.1 stuff (and mainly as a cd player) for £99 quid it doesn't really matter if its 'buggy' on certain discs.

    A DVD750 for £99, that's a bargain! I bought one a while back for £180 and it's a great player.

I just found out today that the 750s model plays MP3's off a CDR. So that's DVD's, VCD's, Audio CD's and MP3's all for £99.
