Wharfedale 1510A no picture - help?

Hi guys! We have a Wharfedale LCD1510A, 2 years old now. The problem is that when we switch it on we get a picture for a second, then it goes. Sound is no problem. Is there a way of restoring it to factory settings? Would that help anyway? Thanks in advance
