It's just coming out but I would suggest looking for some in depth reviews.
I had a quick look and could only find quick reviews. If it's for HD best check on how it copes with audio formats such as DTS.

Makro stock them, unfortunately just found out there offer ends today on them in the Makro mail at £75 including vat...

There's a big thread dedicated to it in this forum, have a read through that.

I ordered mine from Scan on Sunday, was delivered today. Very happy with it so far.

I have had one since it first came out and am very pleased with it. Bought it for my bedroom as I have an iStar hd media streamer in my lounge but so far have used it for all my HD media and have hardly turned on the iStar. It has played every movie I have thrown at it ( tried about 300 so far) and the only problem I can see is that it can't decode a DTS audio track without going through an external amplifier which can handle a DTS signal.

Hi guys,

We wanted to buy one of these for our student house (realy good price on amazon) but theres the new networked one which looks much easier as we can just plug it into our router without having to transfer stuff on memory sticks or whatever.

Does anyone know where to buy one in the UK?! Its this one but I can't find pricing anywhere and its not on amazon yet.

Thanks x

Was also looking to buy a media streamer so I can rip all my dvds onto an external hd and play them through it. One problem I have with this is that it doesn't state whether it plays ISO files and also the sound seems to only be stereo.

If you're referring to the WDTV Live it does play ISOs and also DTS and Dolby digital sound. Will not play menus or extras though, only the movie.

Don't think you'll find one in this price range!
