Were are all the 436xde centre speakers

I was wondering if anybody has purchase a 436xde with a centre speaker i like the centre speaker option.But getting your hands on one is another thing entirety,Also is there no standard run in time on the 436 as it seems universally accepted that the pv500 needs 100/200 run in any clues as there is no sticky 436xde FAQ.
