Well the cables to the plasma and center speaker go through the wall carved it out bought the longer hdmi cables from pioneer .
the other cables for the speakers go to the back of the stand and then under the carpet
I have a Optimim stand stand so it has the hole in the back of the shelf for cables .
if you clever with your gap sizes you can have it so the amp ect hides the cables behind it .

All the looses cables are at the bottom and are feed under the bottom shelf so unless you look behind it you dont see them but if you do look behind its pretty scary :smashin: ;) ;)

pictur below is before painting and sanding of the walls and with out my stand and general crap every where
Took so long to finish due to work and sorting out colours

Well done you've done a great job,

I never would have believed that the Missions could look good in a system but you have proved me wrong.

Well done, I hope it gives you much pleasure.
By the way, is the 'bells' jar next to your rack there as a testament to how much drink sorting out all that has driven you to --- or to how many pound coins you have put in to pay for it all?

Did you get the 10m cable from pioneer, do you mean the cable that goes from the screen to the tuner because that is not an hdmi cable. Did you mean the PDA-H03 cable. I also need this, you havent noticed any worse pictures with the longer cable have you?

We used to have a large whiskey bottle just like that (it might even have been a Bells bottle). We had this idea of putting money in it....but the only coins that would fit were post-decimalisation half-pennies!

So it ended up half full, weighing a ton and was worth, ooh, about four pounds, 6 shillings & 5 pence ha'penny!

Nice job on the plastering Phil, .......are you any good with bathroom tiling?

That's not a bad price, I think we paid about £140 for our "seven" from hifistore, who are listing the "ten" at £250!

and the price for the "thirty" is stratospheric!!

    Nice plasma though, isn't it!

    1. Open a bottle of your favourite tipple......

    2. Put on a favourite DVD....

    3. Lounge back in your comfy chair......

...and I can almost guarantee you'll forget all about the cable!!

    Enjoy
