Does anyone know what the short film was called that had Gary Oldman in before the film was on??
Just thought it was worth the money just to see that. The film was okay, but i didn't think it was anything special.
    Thanks

It was an advert for the cars they drive in the "dawn till dusk" street race.

It wasn't ACTUALLY a short movie.

And yes the advert was better than the movie...

My source for this information was the woman who works at odeon.

And if anybody can tell me where to find this short movie (or advert) please let me know - as it was truly fantastic.

Sorry, i can't remember any dusk till dawn street race, are you sure it was an advert.
It seemed to begin and then finish completing the movie, so i don't know how it could have been an advert fot something, plus it was about 15-20 minutes long.

I'd like to see it again though.

Other way round. The street race is from Dawn till Dusk. Whoever's in the lead when the sun sets wins.

I'm absolutely certain it was an advert - as I said - for one of the cars being driven (I think it was James Browns').

Yeah it was odd that it was a 20 minute advert - but who cares.

Wow, didn't know these had been released at the cinema!

It's from a series of short films for BMW, you can get them all (2 seasons worth) from here

    www.bmwfilms.com

That James Brown one is the latest, there is about 8 or so in total.

they are all fantastic, all with top people, Tony Scott, Don Cheadle, Robert Patrick, Ang Lee, John Woo, Guy Richie, John Frankenhiemer, David Fincher, Ridley Scott, Madonna (her top person status is debatable), the list goes on.

Well played to BMW I say.

I'll have to pop in to see them on the big screen :)

P.S, think the DVD is coming out soon.
