Hi guys, I'd really appreciate some input on this issue, it's driving me crazy!

I've just setup my home studio, which has the following components:

PC ------USB--------> SCARLETT 2i4 (Audio Interface) ----------RCA L &R----------> SVS SB-2000 (Sub) -------------RCA L & R----------> KRK ROKIT RP6's (Studio Monitors)

The issue I'm having is a pronounced humm noise through both of the ROKIT speakers when connected to a SVS SB-2000 subwoofer line out RCA's. It sounds really bad, and you can hear the hum over the top of music also.

I've swapped cables over to prove it's not that, and also made sure they are away from the power lead, in case of interference. If I adjust the volume on the SB-2000 the hum does not change, but if I adjust the volume on the ROKIT's the hum gets louder, which makes sense. Even at lowest gain, I can't remove the constant humm/buzz sound.

Am I missing something?
Thanks-
