Weird Bracket Levels

Just noticed my TV wasnt Level anymore as I have a shelf above it.

I thought the bracket may have dropped abit on one side so I took off the TV and checked the actual bracket itself, which is still level

Checked to see if the bracket arms which go on the back of the TV are in the correct holes and they are

its a M-form bracket 32" to 52" tilting, which I got in Aprill anybody got any ideas?

Firstly, is the shelf level???

Secondly it could be the TV. I've mentioned this on here a few times and it's quite significant. Some of the TVs we see whilst testing our brackets are quite flimsy and rely on plastic parts to hold the wall mount fixings. These can move over time and cause the TV to slant once it's 'settled'.

What TV do you have on the bracket?

Lolz yes the shelf is level,the bracket's backing plate is level aswell,checked with two different spirit levels but the TV itself isnt, I did happen to take the Tv off the bracket and check everything and the plastic shoulder washer with the welts and one was how you described.

It was one of the lower plastic shoulder washers that has slipped on one side and become mishaped,causing the tv to slope slightly(I wouldnt have noticed at all if I didnt have the shelf above it),I had purposly set up the hole spacing so that the plastic shoulder washer was on the uppermost part of the longer fixings on the bottom of the bracket for a safer fixing.

I took off the spacer and reshaped it with a pair of piliers, so it'll do fo the time, can you supply a new plastic shoulder? I can PM my order # and my details.

Sorry, yes I am. Of course I'll send you a new set of shoulder washers. This may have been tightened whilst the shoulder was not cleanly placed in the hole.

Let me know your order number and I'll get them sent out today.
