Web shop e Commerce software recommendations

I have been tasked with the job of setting up a web shop for the company I work for.
I have been looking at an off the shelf template solution with shopping basket etc for around 30 Items. Obviously needs the facility for credit cards & paypal.
Has anyone got any experience/recommendations for such software.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? I'm just aimlessly trawling Google at the moment.

Been looking at Shopify for a paid solution or Opencart & Prestashop for free open source solutions. Any option would need to work with Barclays payment gateway ePDQ. A few people have said steer clear of open source but to me It looks like a good option.
Anyone got any experience with this?
