hi guys,
just thought i would draw your attention to the fact that Chrissie Wellington won the world Ironman championship in Hawaii over the weekend for the second year in a row, despite losing over 10 minutes to a puncture. she completed the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 run in 9:06:23, 15 minutes ahead of the 2nd place athlete.
absolutely phenomenal performance from a super athlete
right up there with Katie Price riding a horse according to the BBC sport website
