We don't need another handset

Hi my staff team and I have agreed we'd rather not have a works mobile phone handset which needs charging/gets lost or left at home/is one more thing to carry around. We'd like an eSIM for work which we can add to our personal handsets - but I'm not sure where to search for a good deal. There are four of us, can anyone signpost please?

An eSIM is an embedded SIM in a mobile phone.
You can't buy one, it comes built-in to certain phones.
