water damage....

    dropped my nokia 6230 in water :rolleyes: now it wont work, i have heard that water damage can be fixed is this true , anyone know ?

    let it dry in the airing cupboard for 24hours!

    I've read that it's the impurities and salts in the water that cause the trouble rather than the water itself. You could try submerging it in distilled water for an hour or two and shake it dry before putting it in the airing cupboard.

    Great news !! :thumbsup:

    Took the phone to a local phone repair shop, he said he would give it an electrolysis bath... 2 days later... all fixed ! the cost.... only £15 ! I am very happy now :clap:
