So i'm a bit new to all this so I apologise if this isn't the right way to do it.
What i am trying to do is watch a movie on my main TV played from my PC, but also want to be able to use my PC for normal stuff at the same time, web browsing etc, basically multi tasking the pc.
Now i have a ASUS GeForce GTX 750 TI graphics card which has 1x HDMI, 2x DVI, and 1x VGA.
The HDMI is being used for the PC's monitor, this would be the ideal connection for me if there is a way around it, splitting the signal maybe?
The DVI apparently does not carry audio? So i don't want to use another cable for audio (unless i have no other choice).
Which leaves VGA, but on a HD TV seems pointless.
If that somehow makes sense and anyone has an idea of how to do this then i will be most grateful.
Thank you all in advance
