Watching 2 signals from 1 dish (2 LNB's)

After only recently putting up a satellite dish for FreeSat using a Humax box, my partner who's Polish wants to get Polish TV also (cyfra +)
I've seen that you can get a dish with 2 LNB's, which I think need to point at 13E and 28E and the plan would be to put the cyfra+ box in a second room. My main initial (and probably stupid :)) question is, can we watch both boxes at the same time? I realise that they're separate cables, but wondered if they interfered as they come from the same dish?

I really don't want 2 dishes up on the house...

Any other advice would be gratefully received!

Thanks.

you can do that .. 2 lnbs 2 treceivers or 2 twin or quad lnbs & 2 diseqc switches so both can be used for either ..

dish size & how it is done is important for good glitch free use -

Thanks for clearing that up!

I was looking at getting this setup:

80cm Triax dish, 20 degree multibracket
2 twin Titanium LNBs, two 2 way switches and wall mount.

And then sourcing a second receiver for the Polish channels. I assume that this dish is big enough (I'm based near Stevenage)

That will get you the two satellites without a problem anywhere in the country, and as the LNBs are separate there's no question of interference.
Do you really want both receivers to receive from both the satellite groups?

That's good to know.
On the current one, I ran 2 cables from the sat to the box, as it's also a pvr , maybe I didn't need to do this or there's a splitter? I thought I needed to though? I'm not sure we'll have a pvr on the cyfra+ box though, but it's only going to the other side of the wall, so it's not loads of cable.

or maybe that's what the switches are for in that kit? I'm a bit clueless tbh :)

You need two cables to a PVR only if you want to record one channel while watching another, and on the Humax that is not always necessary as there is a way of getting around it for some groups of channels.
If you get a PVR for the Polish channels the same applies but it probably won't be able to get around it.
If you want the full capability on both PVRs then you need two inputs to each from each LNB, and splitting is not possible, which means having quads, and that's where the switching comes into the system.
My preference would be for something much simpler - a single input to each PVR or receiver, each from a single LNB.
