    Hi all,

If you mount your LCD on a chimney breast, can you still have the fire on or will it overheat the LCD?? Also with the new electrical regs, can I extend an existing socket so that I can run power up to the chimney breast or will I need an sparky to do it for me??

For details of the new Part P electrical regs. do a search for the government site: 'office of deputy prime minister' or odpm.
