hi

i bought a brand new Pioneer blu ray player on Jan 5th from my local shop. The power light doesn't light (blue light on power button), the rest seems to work fine. I know that this unit isn't fast for Blu Ray player loading, but is it normal for it to be slow loading audio CDs and DVDs as well?

I wanted to know if I am entitled to a replacement or a refund since it has been more than 7 days? are there any official steps to take?

cheers

Every Blu ray player look for a Blu Ray disc first. If it doesn't find one, the a red optical assembly is then used to look for DVD / CD so will always be slower.

ok thx.

concerning blue light on power bitton not lighting up can i ask for a replacement or refund? it has been less than 30 days since i bough from high street shop.

FYI, just called dealer and am getting a replacement :)

sorry a bit late but would expect a replacement personally.
