Warning LG 55UN70006LA 2020 does not work with Magic Remote AN-MR20GA

Hey - just a quick one, I've just bought a LG 55UN70006LA 2020 and it does not work with Magic Remote AN-MR20GA, the TV says 'registering new Magic Remote' however then says 'This remote is not supported by this TV'.

Thanks. My point was that LG advertise this model TV as compatible with the magic remote however it does not seem to be.

It is.
Currently running firmware 03.11.05
I’ve also tried resetting the pairing by holding ‘home’ and ‘previous’ on the magic remote.
