Does anyone have the tape or cd of this popular 80 copilation.
I lent the tape off my other half 4 years ago and accidently spilt battery acid on it and she never lets me forget about it. I have tried all my local shops and record fairs and even car bootters but have not been able to find a copy. Would prefer cd but the tape would do.

    Please please please help me...........

Blimey, perry ferrit, I think you and I are the only two people in the UK who liked this album.

I had the cassette when it came out and literally wore through it I played it so much.

It crops up on ebay now and again, in fact, the VHS version is on there at the moment, along with the cassette. I have a sneeky feeling it was never actually released on CD?

That said, most of the artists on there now have their albums discounted so heavily it's almost worth buying the full albums of each. Tracks you need to find to complete the album are:

    Side One:
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
    Rosanna - Toto
    Who's Crying Now - Journey
Don't Fear the Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult
    Babe - Styx
Take It on the Run - REO Speedwagon
Dance Hall Days - Wang Chung
More than a Feeling - Boston

    Side Two:
    Africa - Toto
    Harden My Heart - Quarterflash
Keep on Loving You - REO Speedwagon
Carry on Wayward Son - Kansas
Heat of the Moment - Asia
I Got You - Split Enz
    American Heartbeat - Survivor
    Hold the Line - Toto

(BTW, just HOW good is that Split Enz song?!?)

Classic from Split Enz, I had true colours and Waiata and a taped bootleg live concert.

Ah but BOC, now thats a classic, one of the top 100 best singles, probably in my top 50.

Come to think of it, I have just about every song on that American Heart Beat album.

Toto, Reo Speedwagon, Boston, BOC and Styx (saw them at Bingley hall in the Midlands, all the band members came to the venue in individual helicopters, how cool is that:cool: ).
