Anyone know of a TV tuner capable of picture in picture, it's to use with an LG 60" plasma. UK based ie pal video. I don't care what output it has, there's always a way to connect it! Any suggestion welcome, I can't say money is no object, but not too much of a worry.

Yes, I've seen it. My mate doesn't want endless other boxes, can't be persuaded he's got sky and a VHS to tune it for him. wants a one box solution like LG sell everywhere but here....

I think a bit of a clearer description of what your mate is after is in order here.

How many video inputs is the tuner to have? are you expecting to be able to mix and match data and video source? is Teletext a requirement?

    Best regards

    Joe

What he actually wants is the one LG make for the 60", but LG GB do not import!! It has teletext, but I don't think it mixes data and video. It has 3 scarts, and appears to be a virtual clone of the pioneer HDE media box, apart from the data mixing. That's ideal, compromise is now the order of the day.
