Seem to be plenty of good deals for cheap electric screens, but I want a fixed screen. Anyone see any great prices on these. Alternatively how difficult is it to cut the screen from a cheap electric one and mount it smoothly on the wall.

Try and find the Projecta ones, they do a low cost fixed screen 2.4Mtr wide for about £300.I have a friend who uses one of theirs and it is great, easy to put together as well.

Thanks. But why should a screen with all the electrics and remote cost less than a fixed screen??

    Cheers

I have been looking for a fixed frame screen for ages, and ended up going for an electric one. But after i purchased this my mate got a Grandview fixed frame screen that was the best ive seen for the money. The material was really tought on the frame and came in a nice velvet finish. Also didnt let any light leakage though the press studs round the screen, Try and doa google search for Grandview cyber screens. think he said it was www.cyberscreens.co.uk

    good luck
