Looking for a cheep but not complete rubbish sub which costs ideally less than £50.

    Any recommendations greatfully received.

To be honest, cheap and subwoofer are not words that sit easily in the same sentence. You are best saving up a little more and looking out for second hand bargains. Any new boom box that you buy at that price will end up frustrating you and ruining whatever sound you have already.

I think that you'd be better off sticking an extra £50-£100 into your amplifier/speaker kitty.

If you must have one then I would recommend a second hand Paradigm PDR10 which you can probably find for that price. :)

Aren't we all but sadly such a thing doesn't exist. Your best bet is something second hand and a few years old but even so you will have to be very lucky to find something at that price.

How good is the Mordaunt Short Avant MS308 compared to a paradigm PDR10
