Want cheap and low cost htpc and spec check

Established Member
I am looking at a htpc upgrade, but I want it to use less power and make less noise. Have I chosen the correct parts? Are there any ammendments I can make?

I want to use it for recording freeview tv, using MCE2005 watching downloaded material and surfing the internet when required.

Got remote control and sensor for Windows MCE2005, Keysonic keyboard from my old system.

I am just wondering if anyone can help with the above questions and the following:

1. What have I forgotten?
2. Any improvements?
3. Which case?

Thank you.
