I have been looking around for a few weeks now and have been largly scared off getting a ceiling mount. Soooo expensive for what they are.
I was looking in Mackros yesterday in the slight hope they might have a cheap one but there wasnt even one there.. (not that surprising) But... There was one of something left, "Vivanco Video Bracket".
Its made for fitting a VCR to the underside of a tv arm bracket.. but i took it out the box, dry fitted it.. and at £4.99, ill be damned thatl do for my projector mount!
I havnt put it on the ceiling yet, but when i do ill post a pic.

Mackros have them in stock currently.
This would I imagine fit any projector, as it has adjustable width and height with foam pads for protection on the contact points. I have a PTAE900, it fits easily and holds it firm.
The only slight un-perfectness is that it wont tilt or twist out of the box. But then if its a fixed mount you want then that shouldnt trouble you. I may add a wedge to angle it slightly.. but will see when i get it installed.
