Wall plate for SKY+ and digital antenna

Hi All,

Just installing Freesat HDR which requires 2 x cables from LNB (to record 2 x channels etc) but also want to retain normal antenna (digital) input to telly as back-up.
Anyone know of a wallplate that takes 2 x sat cables and 1 x antenna cable and outputs to 2 x F plugs and 1 x normal co-ax?
