I'm about to decorate my living room and want to wire the surround sound up in such a way that I can easily move the TV etc from one location to another without having to do a whole re-wire/re-decorate job.

I discoved www.nexxia.co.uk who supply wall plate for surround sound, however, I am not sure about the pro's and con's of:
    1. Using these plates in the first place?
    2. Running speaker cable from the speaker/s to one wall plate and then on to another (i.e. to enable me to use one location or another)?

I'm planning to use the wall plate for the rear ceiling mounted speaker as the other's can be moved with the rest of the kit.

    Cheers
