wall mounting b&w 601 s2's

hello one and all,i am going to switch my living room around,and to do this i wiil have no option other than to wall mount my 601's.
can the collective please advise me of a decent wall mount and suggested height.

The speakers should be mounted at ear level, the downside of placing speakers very close to the wall is it can emphasis the bass output
