    Hi,

We're measuring up for a purpose built "fake" chimney breast, cable hiding etc. and we are going to build in an "inset" for the XDE.

Can anyone who has one wall mounted tell me how far it sticks out from the wall, so I know how deep I should have the inset?

    Thanks

if you go to the Pioneer web site, you can download the installation brochure with the sizes in it.
they do reccommend not having the hole too tight so that air can circulate, but have a look on the Pioneer web site.
Personally, I( have mine "floating" and it looks to my eyes great like that

Is it on the "European Manual Database"?

Sorry about this, but it doesn't seem to be working!
