I've just swapped out a customer's panasonic plasma, it has the power supply problem. Not being a patient man, and having had my problem logged with Panasonic (they give you a reference) I phoned Barron McCann, Derby office to short circuit the process. The number for plasma warranty problems is 01332 866 500. [email protected] They were polite, helpful and are coming to fix my customer's screen on Tuesday 13th April, 1 week. Not too bad, I thought. I'd suggest the same for anyone stuck with a warranty problem, and no dealer backup.
