    I've just swapped out a customer's panasonic plasma, it has the power supply problem. Not being a patient man, and having had my problem logged with Panasonic (they give you a reference) I phoned Barron McCann, Derby office to short circuit the process. The number for plasma warranty problems is 01332 866 500. plasma@bemac.com They were polite, helpful and are coming to fix my customer's screen on Tuesday 13th April, 1 week. Not too bad, I thought. I'd suggest the same for anyone stuck with a warranty problem, and no dealer backup.

    Update. Barron McCan came, saw and conquered today, in 15 minutes. The power board is swapped, 1 week phonecall to job done. Much better than average. Conclusion, email Panasonic, get job number, phone barron Mcann Derby, and it will happen. You need to be proactive.
