Hi all,
I'm a bit surprised, disappointed and in a right old sulk...

Just been watching the usual rubbish on TV. Walked out of the room and came back in to see there are vertical bars running down the screen!?!?!!?!?

Nothing has changed in my setup, there were no power surges (as the lights and anything else plugged into the plug sockets are not affected)

I've got a 5 year warranty, but that's not the point. It's only 4 months old and I'd expect a hell of a lot more for something I paid a lot of money for.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? How quick do Panasonic replace/pick up repairs? What is the process. :lease:

Gents, any help would be appreciated. It sounds completely stupid, but.....I'm gutted!

Gutted for you mate I would get your money back and get a VT50

A display connection failure, get them out or send it back.

Hi, has anyone else experienced this problem, or understand the root cause?
Want to make sure if there's anything I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Its a faulty panel, nothing you did or can do anything about. Contact your retailer and get a refund or repair. You have every right to feel gutted, not stupid at all.
