I have a problem which i hope someone may have an answer to. I have the above mentioned Pioneer receiver with DVD and freeview (Netgem) connected via component inputs. the Pioneer is outputting via component to a projector. The Pioneer fails to output my Xbox when it is connected via S-Video. I am using the official Microsoft Advanced AV Pack with supplied s-video lead. It will work if i disconnect Pio's component-out leads and instead use an s-video as the video-out to the projector...but thats a cludge i dont want to carry out each time. The manual suggests that it should work with an s-video signal...

    anyone got any ideas

    cheers
    Dave
