VPN would not work

About a year ago, I tried both Express and Nord VPN's. Neither worked. They passed traffic for about 10 seconds then slowly dropped to zero. It was truly bizarre, and even after having the problem escalated to top tier support in both cases, neither could find or remedy the problem. I've got a BT connection with a standard router (and actually even tried another router at the time) but the issues remained. I never got to the bottom of the problem.

In the end both Nord and Express refunded my money and apologised for not being able to resolve the issue, but I curious to see if anyone else has ever had this problem.

what VPN client did you use, if OpenVPN you can add verbose logging to the config file to debug why you are experiencing these problems
